Two ways it works
Whether you return for one of our housing services or refer a friend, we offer €100 as a small thank-you.
Option 1: Use it yourself
If you decide to come back and use one of our services again (short stay, renting, buying or relocation), you will receive €100 discount on the service fee.
Option 2: Refer a friend or colleague
If someone you refer successfully books one of our services, you will receive €100 cashback as a thank-you.

FAQ's HOUSING VOUCHER
1. Can I use the voucher more than once?
Yes, you can use your voucher multiple times.
If you refer more people to us and they successfully become a client, you will receive a reward each time.
There’s no limit to how often you can refer someone, so feel free to share it with colleagues or friends who are also looking for housing in the Netherlands.
2. When do I receive my reward?
When will I receive my reward?
If you refer someone, you will receive your reward once the person you referred has successfully booked one of our housing services. We will confirm this with you and arrange the cashback (or split reward) shortly after.
If you use the voucher yourself, the reward will be applied as a €100 discount on your service fee. Simply mention your voucher when requesting your contract, and we will apply the discount accordingly.
3. Can I use the voucher myself instead of referring someone?
Yes, you can also use the voucher for your own next housing service with us.
In that case, you will receive €100 discount on the service fee when you return as a client.
4. What if I’m not sure yet how I want to use my voucher?
No problem, you don’t have to choose just one option.
You can use the voucher yourself for a future housing service and also refer friends or colleagues. If someone you refer becomes a client, you will receive a reward each time.
Simply submit the form and we’ll help you make the most of your voucher.
5. Can I refer someone who is not yet in the Netherlands?
Yes, you can also refer friends or colleagues who are still abroad.
As long as they are planning to move to the Netherlands and are looking for housing, we can support them and you will still receive your reward if they become a client.
6. Can I share the voucher with the person I refer?
Yes, you can choose to share your reward with the person you refer.
Instead of receiving €100 cashback yourself, you can split the benefit: you receive €50 and your referral gets €50 discount on our services.
This can be a great way to help a friend or colleague get started while still receiving a thank-you for your referral.
